Seed Processing
After the harvest, which is carried out mechanically or manually, the seeds are dried, threshed and then purified. By means of various purification techniques such as air screen cleaning and shaking tables, the seeds are separated from the remaining parts of the plant and other impurities.
Some batches require an additional sorting by hand, in order to ensure that the processing complies with our internal quality standards.
