Since 1998, ReinSaat has stood for pioneering work in biodynamic and organic seed breeding and seed production. Preparing offers and documents for resellers:

Managing delivery notes and shipping documents
Shipping, returns & logistics
Handling returns and complaints
Tracking shipments and corresponding with carriers (DPD, Post)
Invoicing & payment management
Sending invoices digitally
Managing the cash register (daily closing, float, etc.)

Accounting:
Ongoing bookkeeping (accounts receivable, accounts payable, banking, petty cash)
Preparation of annual financial statements in accordance with Austrian Commercial Code (UGB)
Account reconciliation, dunning, payment transactions

Liaison with tax advisors and auditors
