This medium-late and very high-yielding celeriac with healthy growth, a small root system and upright growing foliage produces large tubers with a pure white flesh. The colour is also maintained even when the celeriac is conserved. Protected cultivation is possible starting from January. Suited for all forms of fresh market sale (with and without foliage)
